CDs cannot be returned for credit. If you receive a non-working CD or if it is damaged in shipping, I will replace it free of charge including shipping.

Once you place your order I will receive a text message! I will park the tractor or put down my guitar and run to my office and find an envelope and prepare to mail your CD as quickly as possible! Then I will wait for the snowplow to come plow the road and head down the mountain to the post office and mail it directly to the address you indicate! It might be a day or so before all of this happens but it will be on its way to you within 2 days in most cases.
